If you have, and you still aren't getting traction, it's likely due to your presentation / value-prop.

I guess I was staying away from more formal school and spending until I can gain some traction.

The 3 big things that get more traction are: 1) good pictures 2) good pictures and 3) competitive rent.  

Although they are usually offered the customary 3% buyer's agent fee, they feel that with the very limited involvement of the listing broker they will be doing twice the work.Also please realize that to get any traction on MLS you will have to offer the buyer's broker 3%.

We are gaining some traction with social workers and in home care businesses.

Amazon is close by and its garnering some traction on the rehab side. 

With traction coming to Greenville, I think that this may be a market that we see make a come back and begin to start seeing good action.

Facebook marketplace gets us a lot of traction.

I live in the Lansing, MI area, so not a big tourist destination by any means, but I should be able to make some traction with both of these methods.
