So that in my mind tells me CA is starting to put this on their radar.. .But who knows that's a freaking big state will lots of peeps just like FLA... but I know FLA has hammered people for sure..And its the most egregious violators those with websites and bunch's of craigslist adds etc.. advertising homes they don't own...

@Nina PenuelaOne of the things we have seen, specifically in Ohio and Indiana is local building authorities target out of street owners with ridiculous fines and make life miserable.Had one where the porch light was out and charged a $50 fine.Another one claimed grass was not cut because it rained for 1+ week and did a $400 fine.

May be able to google too.Most wholesale carpet stores will quote you a lot less than the guys advertising on TV and with big fancy showrooms but know there is still room to negotiate but may take you purchasing several times so that the salesman realizes you are a return customer.
