My most recent one was brought to me by a REIA speaker I reached out to about out of state flipping because I missed the meeting, who I then always tagged in posts for people to contact if they were interested in that: he recently messaged me to be the experience partner to sign on a loan with him, and I'm now also the asset manager on the BEST returns for a deal that I've ever seen.

Like most investors, I think at the core of attending these events is that most of us are looking for capital and/or deals in one way, shape, or form.But I think the caliber of speakers at larger events like BPCON can really make all the difference.
