You have to remember that their rood could be newer, their windows better, there is a slew of other things that could be better at a house that looks the same. 

I have had 3 applications. 1 had too much debt. 1 called shortly after applying saying they don't think they want it because it has a window AC unit and not central air.

But enough about philosophy, and on with the tale.In 2008, the stock market had crashed, the credit market had imploded, and the housing market was sliding into the into the toilet.

One person I dealt with busted out one of my car windows and dumped gas all over my car next to the police department.

As we drive by it on our way to run errand later in the day, we find the back window had been shattered.

I'm still in search of someone there.Anybody have some good locations to pick up: granite, tile, discount vanities, fixtures, doors, windows, flooring, appliances? 

The backing of the bottom layer had to be scraped/sanded off.After the flooring was out, I ran my ozone generator and washed windows (three times each).

Same thing with other problems, like a window that doesn't shut all the way, or a clogged sink, or a tripped breaker, etc.

I expected it to be no more than 9 however, I experienced a major delay in getting my custom windows (loss of 6 weeks) plus utility delays and a few minor weather delays (we don't get much of that here in sunny So CAL!).

Boarded up windows with the orange stickers are also a good sign.
