I would focus on what skills you currently are best at (and/or focusing on what you'd like to learn) and then the business you start will likely reveal itself.Not to mention, it could be localized to your market you work in and what it really needs....does your area need another property management firm or is it already over-saturated?

I mean there is a saturation point.. if you build too many in one development your going to have downward pressure on rental rates for sure.
