You would be wise to understand that concept from the start and avoid the siren call of YouTube gurus who promise you financial independence in six months, particularly in our current market.

Without those three pieces of info though the conversation has no foundation to discuss from and usually falls apart due to perceptions of value vs reality. 

Again, we haven't seen any rent roll or photos or traffic counts, you have all that information so there's always a bit of a disconnect on perception.

The perception by the general public is that landlords are very wealthy, and in large part this can be true.

It might just be my novice perception though.

I hate the use of the word Turnkey in just about every other scenario because it is being used to cloud the perception of the buyer. 

After doing some prelim research and talking to these companies who will do the installation work for me, it feels like there is generaly negative perception around Manufactured home but if they are done right and on proper foundation, it is difficult to differentiate them prefab homes.

On a $200k, $250k home, it's a big cost, and those consumer base don't convey a value perception that will net a ROI. 

An attractive design can reinforce the perception of a personalized and unique experience, driving more bookings.

This experience just reinforces that perception.
