(I'm not an attorney, that's just my opinion/experience, this is a legal question and you should ask an attorney, etc.)My sense is that since I think you're talking about the unit being vacant for October 1st, that by the time you go to court and get an injunction, October 1st will have long come and gone (remember, courts are backed up and only hearing a limited number of cases a day right now) so your victory will have been moot.If I were in your position, I would post the video tour (as it seems you've already done), and do pre-screening and take applications based on the video tour only, with the understanding that the tenant's application is conditional on their walking through the unit to verify the video is an accurate representation. Then you can go to the current occupant and instead of saying you need to let a lot of people in to view it, say you have an already-approved applicant who just needs to view the unit, and they can be there if they want to make sure nothing is touched, make sure masks are worn and stay on at all times, etc.

on the paper I could be wrong.. but I think the tranches at the beginning are so large in dollar amounts only the hedge funds or multi billion dollar investors get a swing at those.. then they peel off to the next level. and by the time it gets down to the smaller players who might buy at 1k to 20k tapes its gone through a few hands..  ????
