It can be fun and lucrative, but the big money in real estate is the patient money.

You are definitely on the right track just be patient!

Sometimes patients require long term treatment, bone marrow transplants etc, that take daily treatments for several months.

In the end, I wanted to say after lurking around here, reading, posting, watching webinars, and just being patient I think that I am in a great position for the future. 

I would say stay patient and horde onto your cash and access to capital.

It does sound like some options are slowly creeping back in...I just have to be patient. 

I also want to be conscious that I'll need to be patient and need to find a deal that actually makes sense.The more I learn, the more I'm realizing how important it is to improve the property at some capacity, if I want it to appreciate overtime.
