Naturally with these types of companies if you cancel your agreement with them, they continue billing you like a scammer.

The developer in this case added value and didn't just hope for natural appreciation.

@Britt Angel This is the Whole purpose of a “walls in” policy....to cover damage from a natural event or by Someone else (ie. your upstairs neighbor let’s their tub overflow).
