However, I see many investors use credit cards as their emergency funds, but spread across enough time you WILL have an emergency and therefore you WILL use your credit card.

Hi all, I was reading different ways of financing, I heard the podcast with david horn I believe and was wondering if people still bought properties with credit cards.

I don't have an ATM card..

The sister won't let up on the amount she wants, and since the house is in her name, she holds all the cards.

However, I don't seem to have enough cash and credit cards to fill the gap. 

It might be a HELOC card or a home equity deal but get whatever loan you get you understand the terms and fully aware of any negative.

You can hand out your card at school owned restaurants then you won’t have to meet any standards the school may have while at the same time being able to still advertise to studentsThat’s my 2 cents.
