A lot of people have misunderstandings that they have to pay taxes or liens before they can sell, so I usually explain how I'll be taking care of everything and what their net number will be at closing.

It seems like slabs are more commonly 4-6" thick and sitting on the footers, so is it wishful thinking that my contractor is going to find a 12" thick slab, or am I misunderstanding what he's saying.

Also of course rent history and current leases.So yes not every house has all of this, but it’s not unheard of and quite common.I’m assuming these are the expenses we’re looking at or am I misunderstanding?

It was a misunderstanding on my part as I was trying to work through the propertyware interface instead of through them.

@Jim GoebelThis was a misunderstanding on your part as Brian explained.You won't be able to rollover the entire balance of your 401k while you employed there, but sometimes depending on plan features and years in service you might be able to rollover portion of the balance.

I hate to tell you this, but you're wrong on all accounts.1 - You misunderstand what I said.2 - You're tenant is already paying off your loan.

I think you may have some misunderstandings of what insurance covers.The renters insurance covers their personal belongings and accidental damage. 

Way too many mistakes occur, and budgets blown due to misunderstanding and bad memories.
