Try pulling out just one and see if the same outage pattern occurs (or the reverse if you pull the incorrect one); if that turns to match what you see after a move out then you have your culprit.

This time it worked when I got to the "m".If you type any incorrect keystrokes, delete the "@" and start over, spelling their names exactly right.

However, make sure the plumber and electrician are master level (not knocking the other trades but electrical and plumbing are two areas that can and do cause serious injuries when installed incorrectly yet commonly screwed up imo).

I noticed the it includes the following language:(15) PRODUCTS USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES (MULTI-USER ORGANIZATIONS) PUBLIC RENTAL OR COMMUNAL USE IN MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING (USE OF A PRODUCT FOR THESE PURPOSES WILL VOID THIS PLAN)Judging by the statement above, it seems to indicate that putting in W/D in tenant occupied units would be covered under the policy, or maybe I am incorrect.
