If you and your partner own the current property as tenants in common then that property is reported on your individual tax returns.

I also know high equity individuals , some are close friends, but these are not 32% or third of American population.

So check your operating agreement and consult with an attorney knowledgeable with Delaware law (or whatever state it's incorporated in).
