I was thinking thick layer of versabond and ceramic tiles should solve the problem ?

I offered him $25 for the home how do I incorporate a number for his property?

He then started telling me alllllll the paperwork that I would need to provide from the LLC -- you know, articles of incorporation, etc. and asking do I know how to gather up all that stuff.

Right now you are totally dependent on one marketing strategy for your leads, and while you say you can't afford to do more than cold calling, you may need to figure out how to incorporate other strategies.
