You need to let your tenants do normal life things in the place they are renting.

That has helped a lot and also shows that I am a human running this business.

All my friends and family are here and I lived here my whole life.

I am grateful that I am very much a type-A human and have had contracts for every single stay at the property.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.

Once I use the knowledge in a real life experience I know it’ll be there in my head to call on when I need it, and if I’m unsure about something I hit up google, biggerpockets, and/or someone in my network to get what I, or anyone else on my team needs. 

It’s worth considering how we can encourage and support these arrangements to improve the quality of life for older adults.
