Hair, make up, waxing, eyebrows, etc....

Tenants rent a small unit from you where they conduct their business which is generally things like make up, hair, waxing, eye brows, tattoo removal etc....

I am just beginning my REI journey and as a believer in setting goals / affirmations, I wanted to share them as my first post:"I desire to invest in real estate to increase my monthly cash flow so that I can achieve financial independence, seize control of my life, and build wealth to pass along to my future family" With this in mind, I plan to purchase a 4-unit property and house hack (live in one unit and rent out the others) by the end of 2019 / early 2020.

I had two flips running side-by-side with two contractors and this contractor was far from the cheapest bid, but the way he intuitively understood the meaning between the lines of what I was sharing with him affirmed that he was going to be a good ally.

Also, specializing in real estate with my CPA is also an option I've been juggling in my thoughts thanks for affirming that because I wasn't too sure.
