There are quite many Accounting apps to choose from.For me, online database (keep track of expenses from anywhere with phone/laptop/assistants) and receipt scanning through phone are the 2 most important features.

My dad did that, and I accidentally found out about some of it through the years, and never let him know that I know, He owns a commercial property and for many years told neighbors that he'll tell the owner if they mentioned any problems with it to him.I just happened to watch to a real crime story in a cable channel that features crime stories, called "ID".

You can use the search feature (magnifying glass in upper right corner) to access the more popular ones. 

I just edited my rules and regulations so that the next tenant lease will include this feature.

I then use the market feature on Trulia to see average rental prices and home sale prices to see if the market is strong.

If so, that's usually the way to go because of the additional features the Solo 401k has.

@Caleb Heimsoth  its virtually illegal in all 50 states to advertise a home you do not own for resale and describe the home its features etc.what does or does not happen is enforcement.. the law reads virtually the same in every state..
