The idea of developing land and creating value that way is fascinating to me and need to learn and get into this asap but tough to know where to start or who to trust in this world where there are many gurus out there that charge an arm and a leg.

Single family homes are more ideal for me ,but l find real estate fascinating and  would be more than open to trying other types of propeties as l grow in experience.
