Both countries have real estate agents or facilitating brokers, they also require a license, most likely you'd need one in both countries, representing buyers looking and sellers selling, it depends on who you'd be representing.

Every lender I talk to wants me to deed the property, from the LLC, to myself, then back again, in order to facilitate the loan and I want to simply keep the the property in the name of the LLC throughout the process but still sign personally on the loan... as I've done many times on commercial loans.Thanks.

Hey @Jared Stroebele - yes, IFA grants and funding is available, however, not all lenders are set up to facilitate them.

That crossed my mind too Jay - I know there isn't a South Hills sub-group yet but it might be the best way to facilitate it. 

We invest in foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, wholesale, and facilitate deals as well.  

I facilitate the Monday evening and Tuesday lunch meetings.
