Does anyone have any stats on how the moratorium is affecting your rentals in Washington?

I looked at the Furnished Finders stats and saw that the number of inquiries is pretty high, so it seems there's demand. 

I have a few lots in Philly under contract we need probated stat.

Stats are closer to 70% have a pet.

I made an offer on a beach front lot in the same neighborhood as C, and am examining the feasibility of building a small beach house (D) there.

Any stats prior to 1971 are irrelevant. 

Personal stats that obviously doesnt depict the industry as a whole.

Hi @Brant Jones I haven't really asked around in person but the stats look pretty good for occupancy https://www.furnishedfinder.co...791 out of 19K+ cities is pretty solid, around the top 5% mark.
