Sometimes when somebody says "the service has been updated", it just means that they put in a new service entrance, which usually means a new meter, meter socket, and breaker box.

I can see how individual entrances would/could be the tenant's responsibility, no different than their responsibility to keep the entrances free from trash, debris, etc.

They are also complaining they don't think the washer is living to "it's fully capacity", and most recently complained of an addition to my neighbors fencing that has caused pooling water near the entrance to my fence/parking pad when it rains.

I evicted all tenants in the basement prior to closing, now I am thinking of opening that stair way to the basement (a room that was used as an apt that has a separate entrance) and advertising it as added living space to the two bedroom apartment.

It was near an old dryer vent so probably absorbed ambient moisture or it could have been a leak near the entrance of the feed through the wall.When I install new breakers &/or a new panel I apply Ox-Gard Anti-Oxidant.

In the Hyattsville area I see lots of houses with a second kitchen in the basement, often times with a separate entrance, so you could live on one level of the house and have a little privacy for yourself and then your mom and sisters can live on the other level.
