As an agent my clients sign offers, listings etc electronically and I tried that with tenants, but went right back to paper and carbon copies.

On your new unit you can always use method of payment as part of your screening, everyone I have rented to wanted to pay electronically and I do it through Zillow, the same site they applied from so I know they can get on it.

I found a recently defunct, approx 3,700 sq ft, bank bldg in excellent condition with all the office furniture, teller electronics, security system, vaults, lockboxes, parking lot lighting, LCD signs, etc, included.
