I'm pretty sure this is allowed within California based on articles by CRES Insurance, but unsure about how to send clients to other state realtors as a finder.My question is: If I make agreements with realtors in various states outside California, can I send them clients and collect finder fees?

I do try and attend a few meetings a week with the community, but the forums and my own deals keep me pretty busy. 

It is pretty typical for many wholesalers to overstate ARV and underestimate rehab costs. 

Is there any particular items that I underestimate or Did I just pretty much lowly estimate on all items?
