I'm not saying there is no value in courses you might pay for but if you devote the same amount of time that you would spend in studying these courses to being involved in BP, I would bet you would gain a similar amount of knowledge.

He has confused wholesaling with the mortgage scam that was going on a few years ago and he- like most people answering the phone at the title companies, have no idea what it is and simply reply, "Its illegal."

Bottomline these type of properties usually require an exceptional amount of care and a long distance investor is just not going to be there to give it that care and in most cases a management company will not have the time to devote to it.
