Anything left here after x amount of time will be placed in storage (hopefully onsite) and the tenant charged a daily/weekly/monthly fee depending on what the law provides.

If moisture is trapped under that slab it will wick up through to whatever is on top of it and you will soon have more mold issues.

Larger master baths Ill do in satin, semi-gloss on the rest for greater moisture resistance.If there is color on the walls I like flat white ceiling as the flat reduces shadowing which highlights imperfections, and flat white "lifts" the ceiling while darker colors "lower" it.
