By feeding the HELOC with all my rents and other income sources, the average daily balance stays much lower and the result is a mortgage that gets paid off way sooner.Have you heard of a HELOC credit line being shut down prematurely?

My best guess-short term-prices will drop for 3-6 months as there will be significant job loss for at least the next month (I believe it is likely to be at least 2-3 months, based on China and S Korea) with all tourism related jobs shut down, and many others as well.

I was just made aware that Philadelphia L&I has given an update on a new extended shut down date of Friday March 27 at 5pm for construction work.It appears that "routine maintenance and repair of existing buildings is exempted from the order and may continue."

I’d argue one would enjoy Hawai’i much more coming here for a month or two a year, not having to work, and just surfing and hiking every single day.Also, this whole flu thing that shut the world down....it remains to be seen what impact it will have on Hawaii.

The 2001-02 tech recession was bad in the RTP area as Nortel/BNR shut down, as did Alcatel and IBM (mostly PC side, now Lenovo) The GR (2008-2011ish), when 'funded' closings failed because the financial institutional backers went bankrupt overnight.

Also read about the remdesivir "medication" protocols in hospitals that literally shuts down kidneys and floods lungs with fluid because the kidneys are no longer working.
