Essentially they are looking for railings for stairs, ceiling height, the utilities work, screens for windows, proper outlets etc.

There is even cement that was poured down the tub drain and cement over the drain in the basement..every plumbing hole he could find he poured cement in. 

Having means to be able to weather this storm has further cemented the need for me to become financially free. 

Well really the tile was cemented to hardiebacker, when was installed on plywood, which lays over the hardwood floorsThe hardwood floors are in decent shape.

For repairs left, I have to rebuild the stairs going into the basement and get them carpeted, the 35-year-old furnace is running but I will need to replace it this summer, my water heater looks very corroded and is leaking on the bottom.... so that will need to be replaced in the near future.

In the building on the ground floor there is a pathway which leads to the stairs and a shared garage. 

We repaired/replaced stairs in the few hour turn over time because we kept waiting for a vacancy to do the work and we had zero. 

It is ok longer a temptation for them.Although these look like progressive steps, they are not like stairs that you go from one to another until you reach the top.

The 1/2 bath on the 1st floor is next to the kitchen, but under the stairs.

Fixed up the bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring/stairs/etc.
