The house is worth at “quick sale” about $360,000.  

But I'm gathering that this may be a fools errand if the house is not appreciating.

@Khyree Randall If the house needs work for $80k-$100k then it shouldn't be priced accordingly.

These cash outs got me 14 houses with no out of pocket $.
