Logical tenant screening 101 dictates that anyone we can't afford a security deposit should be denied.

What that means, if you aren’t familiar, is th at you can open the website on any mobile device and it will conform to the size of the screen so that you would be able to use it just like an app.

Having good processes in place is particularly important for tenant screening, move-ins and move-outs and the handling of security deposits, but I don't know how you can have processes to guard against criminals and unfair government policies like those in place in some areas during the pandemic.

Many agents will place the first applicant with the necessary funds, take their commission and leave you high & dry with a bad tenant.YOU SHOULD DO YOUR OWN SCREENINGS! 

Bad tenants come from every nationality and race, and if you didn't screen well, them being there could partially be your own fault. vacancy and turn over of the house should have been something you worked into your budget when you bought the place.

I had a ton of traction from potential tenants this past week, a total of 6 showings all with promising folks.I have done simple pre-tour screenings to see if these people are worth my time and they are.

I was advised to have written tenant screening criteria.
