How easy is it to find banks/lenders that offer cash-out refinancing with short or no seasoning periods?

Ca is very tenant friendly and some jurisdictions are even more tenant friendly.  

Not defrauding the banks or anything.

I have spoken with my bank and they are interested but I wanted to know other options.

We also broker multifamily loans to banks, credit unions, CMBS, debt funds, and private lenders.

Hana,Great question and the good news for you is you paid for the appraisal so it belongs to you and it can be used at another bank.

(adding the layer of privacy) If the LLC is owned by the holding company, and you purchased these other properties in the name of the LLC, then all of the documentation should have been taken care of between the bank and the title company.
