How long is the eviction process from start to finish, and costs to evict?

My preference would be to allow the tenants to finish the current lease as they are currently building their own house and have been great, low maintenance tenants thus far.

We just about finished our first spec house, and loved the entire process much more than rehabbing.

Given you'll have that equity what's wrong with selling "as-is" or just finding some CASH to finish the updates?
