The worst thing to do is (well, other than gamble it all away or use it on drugs/booze) is to rush into something unprepared.There are lots of ways to invest it:- Stocks, bonds, mutual funds- CDs, high-yield savings accounts (which really aren't that high yield)- REITs- Private lending for flips- Private lending for buy and holds- Do your own buy and holds with a property manager- Partner for flips or buy and hold where you have an equity stakeEtc.

Lot of fist fights in the driveway, kicking each other's cars, cousins and friends getting into fights with them, and at one time I think they were boarding a fugitive because about a dozen cops swarmed on the house (I was watching my surveillance cameras in horror) and grabbed some guy that was running from them and hauled him away in handcuffs.My neighbors think my tenants are drug dealers.

So,If I am able to put the property in my business name than that would allow me to seek financing through the business in about a year or so and build the business from there thus alleviating the need of putting them in my personal name.The prospect property would rent for approximately $1100 and cash flow about $300-$400 per month.So does this seem like a viable deal to get the business up and running or should I seek the traditional method of getting a loan and establishing my business name in the game?
