Account ClosedI would bet that most, if not all, states would have it that legally you don't have to disclose in non-agent related marketing.I'd also guess that most, if not all states, real estate board and definitely the NAR affiliates would say you should disclose it in everything at all times.Also I was not saying I would mention the agent stuff as soon as we start talking, but I would want to mention it before I put a piece of paper in front of them to sign acknowledging that they know I'm an agent and I'm not representing them in anyway.

So, there were two basic ways I got paid from the club- a good bit of it was by side deals as an affiliate marketer selling overpriced info products to people with more money than sense.

I told him I would see if another affiliate lender could do it for less points but I would need him to send me more information on the borrower such as a full loan application, credit, and some other items.
