I think that your area around Las Vegas will do well and continue to keep on providing you with the opportunity to do well in whatever you select.There are a few things after you make a niche selection and a market area that works best for y'all.    

I'm thinking specifically about the Las Vegas market, but I'd be interested in anyone's experiences anywhere in the U.S.

You might also look into the Las Vegas or Phoenix markets if you want to stay in a major metro.
