If I have a busy weekend I will wait until Sunday to post instead of Friday or Saturday as, most likely, anybody that calls then won't remember or still be looking on Monday.

My wife and I have formed a new LLC for a property we are buying (closing on Friday).

Some people put signs out on Friday evening and collect them Sunday evening on the theory code enforcement doesn't work on the weekend... but YMMV on that one.Personally, I like having the Code Enforcement guys on our side, so we don't do anything to intentionally get them upset.You can put up "home for sale", "Open house" or even directional signs without a problem.  

After several weeks HUD will reduce the price on this property and publish the re-listed property on a Friday.

I mailed out 72 new probate mailings on Friday, and can now say I've received my first angry call.
