Thanks for the topic and I like where your head is at because I am from the total opposite end of the spectrum, actively managing a fairly high maintenance, consistent turnover, multi unit apartment building.I am curious to know your syndication details/results: type of project, minimum investment, duration, return structure(irr, %split, monthly,etc), size of sponsor(number of employees, years of business), how you heard of sponsor, etc, etcIMHO, aside from RE ETF's or REIT stocks, syndication deals are about as passive RE investment as you can get, if not, hopefully this thread will enlighten us!
