Thus, I would be of the opposite opinion to cut it shorter (or, as suggested by Taylor, indexing the podcast or at least, breaking it up into half hour sections.I also like the idea of inviting a speaker back for follow up questions, although a lot of that can take place in the comments section.One last suggestion, I can't find a podcast with one of the longest standing rehab flip members (who also happens to be a moderator and a large proponent of the site).
