The 2 best improvements we made were flipping a coat closet originally facing the living room 180 degrees to face the kitchen to be used as a pantry, and the installation of a center island and range which allowed us to add a dish washer that previously did not exist in the kitchen.

I always love seeing 2 satellite dishes, they never paid the bill on the first one so it gets shut off and they install another provider right next to the old one.

I have found: class A properties have lots of newer European carsclass B properties have lots of new Japanese/Korean carsclass C properties have lots of trucksclass D properties have lots of POS vehicles.I adjust +/- based upon the mix of the different levels and ages of cars in the neighborhood.I am not saying that the car makes the person, but it is a pretty simple matrix when doing a first evaluation of a property.

I have not asked for compensation, I have boiled water for dishes and baths Between repairs, paid rent on time this month,  only one day “late” last month (on the second /tech late is the 5th) we’ve always had a good relationship but the first time I said no not today tomorrow is better it started to shift.
