It is great in the summertime when we can jump in the car and be at the beach in less than a half-hour, but that same lake can bring untold amounts of lake effect snow in the winter.

Snow has a better chance of falling in Florida -- it might happen once a year, but otherwise, don't bet on it. 

I personally really don't like the look of the metal roof and would only use metal on a high snow load area.

These communities have managed "rental pools" and are very close to Snow Basin,  Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.  

Wish plumbing did not frustrate me so much since I just dropped 4k in the last 2 months on plumbers.Having the tenants do the snow removal and mowing.

I prefer to have LESS headaches and if it means I miss out on a few dollars BUT I'm not worrying about water, sewer, grass cutting, snow removal and constant turn over every year.

I started this blog at my girlfriend's incessant advice, but it has turned out to be a fruitful endeavor and something I actually like doing.
