Functional vs. non-functional housing.

@Gary Kuang - You should be able to use the search function in the profile area to locate investors in the NYC area who are doing flips.

Do not confuse that function with real property title companies daily business.  

There's lots of resources and information here on BP, so definitely use the search function, but never be afraid to ask questions.
