I have renovated the ohana which we now rent for 1,200.00/month, replaced the windows and trim inside and out, painted the exterior, added landscaping, added a pantry, changed out all the ceiling fans, under cab lighting, added insulation, added solar PV with net meter, now working on the front elevation.
