Speaking of acceptance, the better trust managers in any area don't simply take any trust that someone walks in the door with, it must be profitable for them with opportunities to have sufficient "activity" or they won't accept them.A charitable remainder trust does not look to acctractive at first since it requires a donation to a charitable organization, so it looks like "I have to give money away?"
