Frequently on these forums people get so caught up with the notion of "taking action"- so often touted, rain or shine, by the people who run BP- that they fail to see that sometimes the best action to take, is simply not taking a bad one. 

I get it that you are concerned, but you need to seperate facts from notions - we definitly were not in a recession before Covid, unless you have a different definition than two consecutive quarters with negative GDP.While consumers are worried, builders confidence is very high.

We have also tossed around the notion of going farther away to places like Martinsburg Wv, but are wanting to stay close if we can.Looking forward to start meeting people at the RE meetups!

They know absolutely nothing and in conjunction with the generalize notion, they believe its easy.

In CA, the common notion that you must disclose that you are a licensee is incorrect IF you are attempting to act as principal.

The notion that "true Investors" are ONLY those who aren't licensed, or the wholesaler is complete and utter foolishness.Ignorance?
