Today the national unemployment numbers were released which totaled 3.3 million newly unemployed Americans.

Landlords have a bad stigma in American culture.

I've been a foster parent, volunteered for the humane society, learned Spanish fluently helping migrant farmworkers for free, am vegan for ethical reasons, have a bird refuge and a zoo of rescues.

The United States economy is in a recession and hopefully will not turn into a depression. 3.3 million Americans filed for unemployment benefits last week.  

To me it seems that the people described in this post want American freedoms with socialist laws.

I definitely feel bad for our society collectively, but I also don't think they should stigmitize us as landlords--who are really job creating entrepreneurs and small business owners.Us landlords are probably going to be the last ones that government and society will think to need help or assistance.

They are trying to intimidate people into submission and the Freedom loving Americans should be up in arms with what they are trying to do.

It is creating a serious hardship for a portion of the our society.  

I feel sad, scared and embarrassed that this wasn't taken more seriously early on and that so many Americans will lose their livelihood and some their lives.

Covid 19 is a bad case of the flu blown out of proportion by social media, the dinosaur media, and the fact that our society as a whole is hypersensitive to everything.
