How adaptable are you on your REI investments?

I see investors asking for attorneys, title companies and Realtors that will allow them to carry out some guru thing instead of taking their guru thing and adapting to the parameters of their local market.Some Realtors don't have time to mess with working out lease-options for example, they are busy making money, a good indication they are a good Realtor.

Many will rightfully be left behind because they can't adapt to the new reality. 

But maybe you could adapt what I do for move out.

Adapt and find ways to make money in any market.

Unfortunately, MOST private lenders haven't adapted to the AirBnb model and can only lend on market rents.

I know we have to adapt to changes so I'd love to hear what you all are doing?

People that say no are a waste of time, no matter if you can convert them into a yes with effort.By the time you convert one no into a yes, or if you count the nos so you are closer to a yes, I would have closed 10 yesses already.All that turn no's into yesses is great inspirational guru "change your mindset" stuff...but I much rather adapt a system that gets me yesses all the time, and never lets the "nos" reach me.That system is called SEO!
