I really want to rehab the property and flip it or rent it out but how do I get the elderly woman to make a deal with me that’s reasonable?

The story goes that the woman had signed a lease with someone who doesn't own the property, and paid up front from June until August and had moved in with her children and boyfriend. 

, & a woman, whose name has escaped me, is inquiring for ARN's, wants to know about funding for Montana, & she's in Lewiston.

I am not trying to spy on people, I am a woman showing vacant single family houses so it is for my safety and documentation.   

Lots of guys never wake up after marrying a woman like that.

Recently a woman complained about how she hurt her shoulder moving a couch out of the garage when (she thought) it would have been OK to leave it there.

This woman has 8 kids running around (and crawling?)

And she has posted a comment on another thread on this forum, on this Aug, 4th, 2020, which seems pretty level-headed, to a woman thinking of buying a duplex, and then live in one side of the duplex.

Today, I found out that the brother of the woman selling the house (she is the executor) is causing drama about the estate- specifically the house- because he feels that it’s being sold less than it’s worth... which it is, but the executor wanted to avoid the hassle of doing any renovations and paying realtors/closing costs, etc.

I have a current partner, a woman who is a super religious Jehovah Witness and she would never ever do something wrong to someone angry.
