While I can see there is definitely more crime in general than some of the previous areas I listed up in North Chicago, I'm also reading a ton about how the area is vibrant, lots of young professionals, good access on the L via the Green line up to downtown, etc.

Me and my husband had always been interested in real investment for quite some time and now living in such a vibrant area, we thought this place has such a great investment return potential and also with some cash on hand we had from selling our house in Oklahoma we really wanted to put that cash to work.

It’s an uptown hip place with really old house some are 100 years old with tons of commerce and flavor that we loved.

I have been to many different flavors of meetups and when I formed mine decided to go with fully informal: show up, get a drink, and mingle.

The once dangerous and lackadaisical downtown area is now vibrant and growing at a rapid pace.

I know there is a vibrant startup scene there and the whole co-working/office sharing scene is growing fast (WeWork, ShareDesk, etc.).I've been doing most of my searching and analysis with Excel and manually scrapping data, looking at listings on Breather to estimate pricing and demand, going through WeWork listings etc.I was wondering if there was any software or service you would recommend using that would help automate the searching process?

Also, there are different flavors of appreciation, and not all of them are speculative but they all sure are nice.
