Great profit but huge capital needed for such an undertaking.

I ask because up until the beginning of the year I could fax quite well.Then I discovered very recently that the VOIP does not support text or graphics transmissions very well.

Anyway, I called the broker who shot over this request and asked him some additional questions - why would an accountant undertake a BIG rehab project like this for his first project, does he have a GC that is going to do the work, etc., etc.

Frankly $6M of funding for this kind of undertaking seems a bit low.

I wouldn't try to undertake a project like this unless I purchased the house for a very low price.  

This is definitely an undertaking.
