Can I use a regular email address for my business LLC?

Seems like when Hawaii opened back up there was a huge temporary surge in demand which helped drive prices way up, and prices have stayed up even as demand has normalized.I keep pretty close tabs on prices in Lahaina as we love it there and anecdotally it seems like prices have started coming down there a bit.

One of the main things you get from TC and I get these e mails when I am selling and the other sides TC contacts me and says  Hey we need that lead paint disclosure or we need the property disclosure  or if we are buying Hey where is your EM  all the little details .
