There is a syndication in which my wife and I would like to invest alongside with another couple. 

With a portfolio approach my returns varied from 10% in a bad year to over 20% in a good year but probably averaged out at about 15% not counting appreciation.Now Im moving out of those assets into more syndications and passive.

The first thing many syndication investors ask is "when will I get my money back." 

We sometimes run across investors with multiple entities requiring an avalanche of paperwork to allow them to invest in one of our syndicated investments.

We also have preferred venders in place for lending, insurance and Property Management.  

I reached out to a second lender that has more agreeable investment lending products and I think we are going to avoid putting it in my personal altogether.

Lending rates are always changing, and taxes may vary year to year, but this is going to be the case with any property you purchase. 

Call up a wholesaler, agent, or lender and see if your situation dictates whether you should or should not buy that property, fix it up, take out a HELOC, or invest in that syndication.
